We offer a competitive salary of $20.45 - $25.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will serve as primary administrative support and coordination to the PIs and administrative leadership of Division of Infectious Diseases. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars, preparing communications, and coordinating travel and meetings. You will also manage division physical mail and plan departmental meetings and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with faculty and staff. A High School Grad/GE Degree, and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
