Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator will serve as a key support staff member for the Division of Infectious Diseases, providing primary administrative support and coordination to PIs and administrative leadership. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing communications, composing and editing documents, creating and maintaining filing systems, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for planning departmental meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and accommodations. A competitive salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
