Role Responsibilities:
The Family Support Coordinator is essential in improving the patient journey during healthcare visits. By providing immediate assistance, this role connects families with necessary resources, ensuring that patients receive holistic care beyond standard appointment offerings.

From peer support to facilitating access to critical services, the Family Support Coordinator is dedicated to making healthcare more inclusive and supportive for everyone.

Qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare or mental health environment is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
  • Personal Experience: Candidates should self-identify as having a family member who has received services related to autism or developmental disorders.
