Requirements
  • Experience in answering multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant/Receptionist in the financial industry is a plus
