Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of car wash staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality wash results.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of management experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Mechanical aptitude required to maintain daily operations.
  • Flexibility to manage a seven-day-per-week operation with exposure to the elements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in car wash operations is highly desired.

Physical Demands

This position involves sitting, standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying typical office equipment, averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight. Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting. Ability to work outdoors while exposed to the weather elements.
