We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leadership Specialist to join our team at Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital. About the Role

This is a dynamic leadership position that requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. As a Nurse Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure they have the resources and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Mentoring and coaching nurses to develop their leadership skills and advance their careers.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • BLS certification.
