This Nurse Leadership and Operations Specialist role in our Albuquerque facility supports the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPN Supervisor to lead our clinical operations, care delivery model, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to maintain adequate nursing coverage, participate in the interview process for nursing vacancies, and assess the performance of existing employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with DON to ensure safe nursing care delivery 24/7
  • Participate in quality improvement processes and staff development initiatives
  • Support the DON in employing a strong Quality Improvement process for the nursing department
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Licensed by the State Board of Nursing (pending licensure also acceptable)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
