About the Role- Lead educational programming across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and quality in our curriculum and instructional methods.
- Analyze trends and performance data to inform program development, drive improvements, and optimize resource allocation.
- Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their instructional practices and support their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, community partners, and local authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging events, workshops, and training sessions that promote learning and socialization.
- Contribute to strategic planning, goal-setting, and evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education leadership roles, preferably in early childhood settings.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective educational programs.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable and flexible with ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
