About the Role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, community partners, and local authorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education leadership roles, preferably in early childhood settings.

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
