Job Title: HSE Leadership Specialist

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that operates in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the oil and gas sector, and a strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enhance company HSE policies and programs.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, and Field Supervisors to ensure comprehensive safety practices across all operations.
• Lead the field HSE team, manage safety metrics, and administer various safety-related systems and programs.
