Topwings Inc is seeking an experienced Shift Leadership and Operations Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role involves leading restaurant operations with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You

  • You must have a valid Food Manager certificate and reliable transportation.
  • A minimum of 18 months of managerial experience in the fast food or casual dining industry is required.
  • You should have knowledge of Labor Laws, Food Safety, Local, and State Health requirements/inspections/audits.
