About the Role

Caresense Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director in daily operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing reports, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Staff Management: Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of managers, program specialists, and home leads to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Client Services: Ensure accurate and efficient client services, including scheduling caregivers, managing client records, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our group home residential services, including managing staff schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with caregivers, clients, and case managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Assist in the recruitment and retention of staff, including training and development programs.
  • Incident Reporting: Complete incident reports as necessary and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Good relationships and contacts in the relevant industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of computers, including proficiency in personnel recruiting systems, staffing and scheduling systems, electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Very organized and detailed, able to handle extensive amounts of paperwork/documentation.
  • Reliability: Reliable car, valid State driver's license, and car insurance.
  • Certifications: Background check will be required.
