Customer Service Liaison

JobsRUs is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements are met as set forth by the company.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain customer records by updating account information and ensuring accuracy.
- Enter customer orders into the accounting system and maintain customer order spreadsheets.
- Verify pricing of all new purchase orders and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
- Review production schedules to ensure orders can be fulfilled and communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Correspond with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding order status and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding customer orders and ship dates.
- Receive and process sample requests, including inter-company communication, preparing shipment, and scheduling pick-up.
- Assist QA with resolving claims or customer complaints and communicate resolution as necessary.
- Oversee customer accounts, ensuring all processes are being attended to, including account status, product deliveries, and customer records.
- Maintain a professional relationship with our broker network and assist as needed.
- Assist the Transportation Scheduler as needed and work closely with the sales department to aid as necessary.
- Interact with the Accounting department to follow up on Accounts Receivable issues.
- Associates degree or higher or a combination of education and experience.
- Three years of combined administrative experience, sales, customer service, inventory control, and/or logistics experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Language Requirement: Ability to effectively communicate and understand orally and in writing in English.
- Physical Requirement: Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30lbs.
