In this role, you will assist clients in their vehicle purchasing journey while delivering outstanding customer service. At Easy Auto, we prioritize a healthy work/life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales journey, ensuring a positive and tailored experience.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients while conveying essential information about our vehicles and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory and dealership offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with finance and management teams to ensure accurate and efficient completion of customer paperwork.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
  • Employ effective sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
  • Utilize CRM software to monitor and manage sales leads, activities, and goals.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of customer service experience preferred; sales or finance experience is not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, customer-focused, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
What We Offer
  • Guaranteed base salary of $5,000/month (~$29/hr.) - this is a guarantee, not a draw, plus commission.
  • A commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, with our Sales Consultants averaging 40 hours per week.
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Potential earnings of $10,000+/month within the first year.
  • Performance-based compensation with unlimited earning potential, with annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to $200,000. Our average sales consultant earns $80,000, while top performers exceed $100,000 annually.
  • Exceptional Paid Time Off (PTO) policy for our industry, including
