Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Customer Service representative by warmly welcoming all customers to the service department and offering assistance.
  • Park vehicles in designated areas, including inside and around the service department, body shop, or sales department.
  • Manage customer vehicle keys, ensuring they are stored securely or returned to the owner upon vehicle delivery.
  • Gather vehicle details, such as VIN, current mileage, and license plate number.
  • Utilize the Automated Car Wash for customers', company, and loaner vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the service drive, customer lounge, service department, and exterior areas, including snow removal and general cleanup.
  • Dispose of trash in assigned locations or as directed by the supervisor.
  • Check vehicle alignment, lights, and wipers using approved company equipment while in the service drive.
  • Occasionally clean restrooms and address spills in customer areas.
  • Inspect vehicles at the end of the shift for open windows and ensure the surrounding area is free of debris.
  • Transport vehicles to other repair facilities or retrieve them for the dealership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate both small and large vehicles.
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • Results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
