Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality instruction in Social Work courses, ensuring that students meet the learning objectives and outcomes.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, ensuring that it remains relevant and effective.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the Social Work program.
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree required; Ph.D. preferred.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Registered (LCSW-R) required.
- Two years of post-master's working experience in the field of social work required.
- Two to three years of teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
