Responsibilities:

* Register and check patients in/out
* Handle and reconcile payments
* Continuously monitor and reconcile issues prior to patient visit
* Process referral orders and/or pre-authorizations
* Coordinate appointments and ancillary services
* Respond to patient questions regarding routine billing and insurance matters
* Coordinate patient instructional/education activities

Requirements:

* One year of customer service work experience required, two years preferred
* Healthcare or Call Center experience preferred
