The Senior People Operations Partner will be instrumental in enhancing the overall People Operations framework and steering the strategic vision of Arbitration Forums Inc. This role entails leading and managing the People Operations Business Partner team, ensuring the efficient provision of People Operations services and support across the organization. As a strategic collaborator with business leaders, the Senior People Operations Partner will offer insights and expertise on People Operations issues while driving the execution of initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Leadership and Team Development
- Oversee and guide the People Operations Business Partner team, offering coaching and support to enhance team performance.
- Establish performance benchmarks, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Encourage a collaborative and inclusive team environment that fosters teamwork, knowledge sharing, and ongoing development.
Strategic People Operations Planning
- Work alongside senior management to devise and implement People Operations strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
- Offer strategic People Operations counsel to business leaders, aiding them in identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities.
- Contribute to the formulation of People Operations policies and initiatives that bolster organizational effectiveness and compliance.
Data-Driven People Analytics
- Develop and execute People Operations analytics strategies to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret People Operations data to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate significant findings and trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing People Operations processes and strategic workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition Strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to establish job requirements, draft job descriptions, and formulate effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize diverse recruitment channels to attract top-tier talent and ensure a varied candidate pool.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates' qualifications, and recommend selections.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Assist business leaders in workforce planning and talent management, including succession planning and performance management.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify talent shortages and promote a culture of continuous professional development.
Employee Relations and Engagement Initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees regarding People Operations matters, providing necessary guidance and support.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, working with leaders to foster a positive work atmosphere and enhance retention.
- Conduct investigations and manage employee grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions in line with company policies.
Performance Management Systems
- Assist in designing and refining performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for enhancement in performance management practices.
Compensation and Benefits Oversight
- Support compensation and benefits initiatives by conducting market research and making recommendations for equitable practices.
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Project Management in People Operations
- Lead and support various People Operations projects, including policy development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and relevant employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced skills in People Operations analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM/PHR) are advantageous.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and familiarity with SharePoint and Confluence is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.
