About the Role
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $65,000. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong background in administration and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate logistics for candidates and new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
