Job Responsibilities

As a Supportive Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Personal Care Tasks
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Health and Wellness Support
  • Helping clients manage their medication, prepare meals, and engage in social and recreational activities.
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • Monitoring clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the team.
  • Maintenance of a Safe Environment
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for our clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Compassionate and Patient Approach
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Certification in CPR and first aid is highly desirable but not essential.
