About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Universal Customer Advisor to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for customers regarding vehicle connectivity, Wi-Fi, Infotainment, and AutoMobile App issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a customer-centric culture and drive operational excellence.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, comments, concerns, issues, or feedback related to Customer Assistance, Marketing Support, EV, or Connection Center.
Requirements
