Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost control initiatives.
  • Process customer files and requests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide real-time visibility into customer transactions and drive customer data into our core operating systems.
  • Monitor and prioritize customer needs, responding to queries and requests through various communication channels.
  • Work closely with the system process team to drive automation utilization and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Location to ensure delivery of customer commitments, analyzing customer KPI reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed and adhere to our Quality, Safety & Health, Environment, Security & Dangerous Goods programs.

Work Environment

This is an in-office position, working in a typical office and computer lab environment.
