We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at CRMG. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our residents are satisfied with their living experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring that they are in good condition and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and lease properties, ensuring that our properties are fully occupied.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of property management, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all properties are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing laws and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
