Madison Avenue Couture Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shipping Coordinator to support all aspects of our shipping needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient shipping of our luxury goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect all items prior to shipment to ensure they are in the condition as described.
- Prepare domestic and international shipping labels.
- Package each item being shipped in accordance with our high standards.
- Track incoming and outgoing packages to ensure they are shipped and scheduled for delivery.
- Collaborate with our Office Manager and Inventory Control Manager to resolve any shipping issues.
- Gain knowledge of our merchandise and assist in handling inventory.
- Assist in customer service and sales.
- Participate in group meetings and provide suggestions to advance our business operations.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in shipping tools such as FedEx and DHL is a plus.
- Shopify experience is also desired.
