Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Labor Solutions Professional. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing engineering support, advising on complex customer requirements, and developing policies and programs for the engineering of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering activities, including advising on and discussing complex customer requirements and application of standard customer products and designs.
  • Develop and recommend policies and programs for the engineering of our products.
  • Provide technical assistance to other functions within the organization, including sales, marketing, and plant management.
  • Prepare quotations, write proposals, and assist in pricing.
  • Establish performance controls, maintain records on engineering, and coordinate with other functional areas within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in a multi-environment or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of three years of managerial experience with project management accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong presentation and platform skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with customers and develop new and/or expanded business.
  • Knowledge of and experience with manufacturing systems and cost structure.
