Remuneration and Benefits:

About the Position:

The Air Conditioning Maintenance Professional will be responsible for conducting performance tests, adjusting system settings, and offering system maintenance contracts to homeowners. This includes inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, and installing system accessories such as thermostats and whole-house air purifiers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Air Conditioning Maintenance Professional must have a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to lift/move a minimum of 75 pounds.
