Behavioral Health Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Team Lead to join our team at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
About the Job:
- Provide direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders under the supervision of licensed nurses.
- Observe and intervene as needed to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Contribute to the development of therapeutic treatment plans for patients.
Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: 2 years of clinical experience as a healthcare provider on a psychiatric unit.
- Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Preferred Education: Associate Degree or higher in a human services field.
- Required Certification: BLS.
- Preferred Certification/License: National Certification for BHT/Mental Health Worker Role; CNA licensure in the state of North Carolina, and/or Substance Abuse Certification.
