- Adheres to systemwide registration protocols to maintain accuracy.
- May involve data entry for critical event paging.
- May include creating telephone and triage records.
- Utilizes various software systems for scheduling and registration, including electronic medical records.
- May involve the use of digital tools and multi-line phone systems.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Minimum age of 16 with relevant education or experience to meet job competencies; high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Associate's or vocational degree is advantageous.
- 0 to 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
This position is primarily sedentary, with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
