  • Utilizes various software systems for scheduling and registration, including electronic medical records.
  • May involve the use of digital tools and multi-line phone systems.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 16 with relevant education or experience to meet job competencies; high school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Associate's or vocational degree is advantageous.
  • 0 to 2 years of customer service experience is required.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This position is primarily sedentary, with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
