Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote patient independence and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a home health setting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
