Job Summary

This part-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Deli Clerk, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and processing products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process products according to Fresh Foods Standards
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the deli and bakery areas
  • Unload stock and reload salvage products according to Fresh Foods Standards
  • Participate in and successfully complete required training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
