Overnight Baker

Flour Bakery + Cafe is seeking a skilled Overnight Opening Baker to join our team. As a key member of our production kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, sandwiches, and other baked goods for our customers.

• Bake all breakfast pastries and assemble catering platters
• Perform light prep work, including scooping muffins, making rice crispy treats, and chia pudding
• Assist with putting away vendor orders and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen

• At least one year of professional baking experience
• Ability to work from 9pm to 5am, including holidays and weekends
• Open availability and a commitment to working a minimum of one year
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Competitive hourly wage ($25-$27 per hour) with a shared percentage of sales
