Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team. As a Security Specialist, you will provide security expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and leadership in all security-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide security expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and leadership in all security-related functions, including personnel security, industrial and physical security, computer investigation and awareness, security operations, and other security business.
  • Work independently and closely with senior specialists or task leads to achieve security objectives.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • TS/SCI required.
  • General knowledge of security practices with emphasis in personnel, physical, and/or industrial security.
  • Must obtain DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification within 1 year of service start date.
