Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Specialist to join our team at TrinWare, a leading technology company in Centennial, CO. As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the successful deployment and implementation of client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client projects and participate in project meetings to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide project updates during weekly and bi-weekly technical meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Work closely with the Senior Architect and Director of Technical Services to ensure all aspects of the project are complete.
  • Communicate effectively with TrinWare team members, customers, and partners to provide White Glove level service delivery.
  • Ensure all client documentation is captured and stored in ITGlue, and that ConnectWise Technical Configurations are up-to-date.
  • Support other areas of the TrinWare NOC and Service Delivery department as needed, including Tier I and Tier II service desk ticket support.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' client-facing IT service desk experience in a managed services or multi-tenant support company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and White-Glove customer-care.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage, CWRMM, ConnectSecure, ITGlue, and other specialized Managed Services software packages.
  • Ability to write, read, and follow Scopes of Work and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Experience in M365 and Google Workspace migrations, email backups, archiving, and spam filtering.
  • Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams administration, and Cloud Services experience.
  • Mature understanding of Cyber Security principles and ability to create and document SOPs as needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
