Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Desk team as a Front Desk Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and leading by example to drive a culture of excellence.
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for checking guests in, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team
- Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring that all team members are adhering to standard operating procedures
- Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, ensuring that all guests have a smooth and seamless check-in experience
- Work closely with the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to communicate and coordinate the day
- Train, direct, and coach front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
- Maintain the Sundries shop, ensuring that inventory is up-to-date and ordering is completed as necessary
- Promote and sell special hotel programs
- Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
