Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Our Customer Support Specialists are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences at every interaction.
  • This role is based in an office environment that encourages regular face-to-face collaboration with colleagues, while also offering opportunities for remote work.
  • Comprehensive training sessions, both in-office and remote, will equip our Specialists with the skills needed to effectively resolve and escalate issues when necessary. We provide extensive training materials, knowledge resources, and personalized coaching to support our team members.
  • This position involves high visibility and cross-departmental collaboration, which can lead to various career advancement opportunities within Wawa.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must reside in the designated region.
  • Candidates should be prepared to attend in-office training sessions as required.
