Position Details:
Title: Safety and Security Specialist
Shift: Daytime hours, Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, security, or customer service is preferred. Candidates should possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Critical thinking skills to address and resolve recurring issues.

Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma is mandatory.

Licenses/Certifications:
1. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past decade.
2. Certification or eligibility for Pennsylvania State Lethal Weapons Training Certification (Act 235).
3. Completion of Managing of Aggressive Behavior or MOAB parts 1, 2 & 3 within four months of employment.
