Welcome to Affinity Executive Search, where we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a leading cookie factory. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of our delicious cookies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 12 mechanics across 3 shifts, focusing on efficiency in our high-speed baking and packaging lines.
  • Develop and implement scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance plans to maintain our cookie production.
  • Oversee hiring, workforce planning, scheduling, and employee development to maintain a strong and cohesive team.
  • Promote a safe working environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in capital projects aimed at enhancing our baking and packaging capabilities.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to maintain seamless cookie production.

What We're Looking For:
  • BS/BA/AAS degree or Maintenance certifications are advantageous.
  • 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance leadership, preferably within the food packaging industry.
  • Technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, slicers, wrappers, ovens, freezers, and related equipment.
