Support the Running & Training Footwear Team

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of consumer-centric product assortment solutions. This involves learning about the product line management process from beginning to end, as well as supporting Product Line Managers in various tasks related to product line management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about the product line management process, from initial concept to final delivery
  • Support Product Line Managers in tasks such as product development, production planning, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and merchandising
  • Assist with industry analysis, consumer and market trend research, and account activities
  • Deliver reports on regional markets, competitive benchmarking, and timing
  • Maintain product information systems, ensuring excellent data quality
  • Manage sample inventory, including organization, storage, tracking, and shipping
Requirements
  • Positive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a high level of initiative and energy
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for footwear and the creation process
  • Independent and open-minded thinker, able to clearly articulate their viewpoint
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator a plus
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising
  • Must have graduated within the last 12 months
