About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Software Product Manager to join our team at Formlabs. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering software products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify product problems via user outreach, site visits, and more.
  • Define a strong product vision, maintain a product roadmap, and create a business case to pitch to the leadership team of Formlabs.
  • Define key product metrics to track progress towards this vision and deliver results on these metrics.
  • Work with Engineering & Design to brainstorm and solve product problems elegantly, write specs for these features and improvements.
  • Ensure product improvements get shipped to customers as soon as possible.

Requirements:

  • Background (education or work) in an engineering discipline.
  • Love to work in a collaborative environment.
  • A quick and intuitive problem-solver able to make decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Driven by a desire for excellence and a sense of ownership.
  • Willing to wear many hats and jump in wherever needed to get features shipped.
