Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resolution of compliance-related deliverables.
  • Manage compliance tasks in collaboration with team members across various departments.
  • Oversee the firm's ESG Compliance program, ensuring thorough review of ESG reports and marketing materials.
  • Support fund expense allocation assessments and other related financial projects.
  • Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of the firm's compliance policies and procedures.
  • Direct the implementation of compliance projects, identifying vulnerabilities and risks, and formulating corrective action plans to address issues.
  • Collaborate with the Core Compliance team to enhance workflow efficiency while upholding internal controls, and actively seek technological solutions to optimize operations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher; an advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in investment management, financial services, or compliance within related industries.
  • Familiarity with private markets, alternative investments, real assets, and private funds is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Investment Company Act, particularly BDC regulations, along with experience in asset management compliance is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive solutions across the organization and present ideas effectively to achieve consensus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience working collaboratively with external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to assess and prioritize multiple projects.
