Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Engagement Associate to join our team at Allucent. As a key member of our Patient Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, development, and execution of patient recruitment and engagement strategies for our clinical trials.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Patient Engagement team in the preparation of presentation materials for Kick Off Meetings, Study Team Meetings, and other key events.
  • Providing support for Kick-Off Meetings and project meetings to facilitate recruitment and retention discussions.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of patient recruitment and retention activities, including vendor management, material development, and media campaigns.
  • Collecting and organizing recruitment metrics from sites, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Tracking IRB/EC submission, translations, and material production and distribution.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams within the Clinical Trial Organization.
  • Supporting the development of study-specific patient and site engagement materials, including educational and communication materials, and study newsletters.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in health sciences, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in clinical research, with patient recruitment experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA, and country regulations.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Representative, outgoing, and client-focused.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated personal integrity and ethical values.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Proficiency with various computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
