The Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Piper Companies focuses on developing a thorough understanding of the diverse product offerings and services provided by the organization. The successful candidate will integrate into the delivery team by familiarizing themselves with the client base, essential skill sets, and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate evaluations, and overseeing onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities in the internal Applicant Tracking System and generate regular updates on candidate pipelines.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to evaluate job requisitions and comprehend client needs.
  • Assist in business development initiatives by supporting the sales team and participating in client meetings.
  • Engage in office meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, human resources, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Proven ability to excel in a sales-oriented environment with strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines.
  • Commitment to the company's Core Values.
