Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions, working collaboratively with our team of psychiatrists and TMS technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including assessment of mental status, current psychiatric symptoms, and relevant health histories.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with standardized procedures.
  • Administer psychotropic medications and short-term therapies to treat mental health conditions.
  • Provide brief psychotherapeutic interventions in conjunction with evaluation and management services.
  • Monitor and continuously improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely charting of clinical encounters in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform.
  • Accurately code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree (or higher) from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
  • WA state license and at least one year of experience working in an ambulatory mental health clinic or private psychiatric practice.
  • Experience charting with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
