Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Technology department. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a passion for delivering quality results while learning new and exciting technology.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with the IT Services Team Lead to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues within our infrastructure.
  • Develop, scale, and deliver innovative products to our infrastructure and software stack.
  • Manage company electronic equipment and software license inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in continuous development and improvement of technology systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products, as well as familiarity with Windows 10 and MacOS.
Location and Hours

This role is hybrid or in our Lancaster, PA office, with a requirement to be in the office at least two days out of the week. The hours are 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
