Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with the IT Services Team Lead to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues within our infrastructure.
- Develop, scale, and deliver innovative products to our infrastructure and software stack.
- Manage company electronic equipment and software license inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in continuous development and improvement of technology systems and processes.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning new technologies.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products, as well as familiarity with Windows 10 and MacOS.
This role is hybrid or in our Lancaster, PA office, with a requirement to be in the office at least two days out of the week. The hours are 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
