Position Summary
We are in search of a strategic and data-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to join our team and significantly influence our company's growth trajectory. Reporting directly to our CFO, this role will be pivotal in crafting and executing processes and strategies that synchronize marketing, sales, and customer service operations to enhance revenue generation. The ideal candidate will utilize data analytics to uncover trends, project revenue, and refine the sales funnel for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Furthermore, this position will oversee the administration of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring precise data collection and reporting that will directly impact business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Process and Strategy Formulation
- Design and implement processes and strategies that align marketing, sales, and customer service operations to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of all revenue-related initiatives.
Sales Funnel Enhancement
- Refine the sales funnel for improved efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for enhancement and applying best practices.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation and conversion processes are optimized.
Data Analysis and Revenue Projection
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
CRM Oversight
- Manage the CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection, maintenance, and reporting.
- Guarantee data integrity and consistency across all customer interactions and touchpoints.
Reporting and Strategic Insights
- Produce regular reports on revenue performance, sales pipeline, and customer insights.
- Offer strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Engagement
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align objectives, strategies, and activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is required; basic Administrator certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and other sales tools is advantageous (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot, Clari, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Zapier).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies that align marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
