Join Our Team as a Lead Infant Educator

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Lead Infant Educator to enhance our team. Ideal candidates will have experience in nurturing infants and toddlers. Current CDA certification and/or a degree in a relevant field is required.
Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

As a Lead Infant Educator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging educational environment for children.
  • Implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum with engaging characters, ensuring that learning is enjoyable.
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic learning atmosphere.
  • Regularly communicating with parents about their children's progress and achievements through various channels.
Do You:
  • Possess a genuine passion for child education and care?
  • Have 1-3 years of professional teaching experience?
  • Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
  • Have the necessary clearances?
