Position Overview

The Learning Experience presented by Sundance Kids is seeking dedicated and skilled Senior Early Childhood Educators to enhance our educational team.

Available Shifts: 8am to 5pm, 8:30am to 5:30pm, or 9am to 6pm.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications.

  • Lead Preschool Educator
  • Lead Two-Year-Old Educator
  • Lead Toddler Educator

As a Senior Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to make learning enjoyable.
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic learning atmosphere.
  • Regularly communicating with parents about their children's progress and achievements through various channels.

Do You Have:

  • A genuine passion for educating and caring for children?
  • 1-3 years of professional teaching experience?
  • An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred), or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
  • Necessary clearances for Pennsylvania?
