Residential Construction Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to lead our custom home projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes. Your proactive approach to addressing any issues or delays will be crucial in meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
• Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers involved in the construction process.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of construction/supervisory experience in high-end residential/custom home projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
