Construction Materials Field Supervisor

About the Role:
Ripple Fiber Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Materials Field Supervisor to oversee and manage the construction activities related to expanding and upgrading our fiber optic network infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage construction activities related to expanding and upgrading our fiber optic network infrastructure
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Manage construction personnel and delegate tasks to meet deadlines
• Perform regular inspections of the construction site to ensure designs are followed, specifications and standards are adhered to, and the site is kept clean of all debris, garbage, or other hazards
• Manage customer complaints through resolution, interfacing directly with customers as needed and enforcing SLA for contractor resolution of any customer complaints
• Ensure all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment, adhering to safe excavation methods, and abiding by any state specific 811/One Call utility requirements
