What would you do in this role? 

  • This leadership role will lead other project managers, closely oversee and guide multiple construction projects
  • Partner with several team members: estimators, engineers, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and architects throughout the life of the projects 
  • Identify areas for pre-fabrication and work with field staff, Project Engineers and Designers to create fabrication and installation drawings

Who would be successful in this job? 

  • This person will have background/experience in wastewater, general contracting and/or construction
  • Prior experience with Davis Bacon and prevailing wage jobs will make this candidate stand out 
  • Someone who is a self-starter with a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • A person who has knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques
  • Someone with excellent problem solving, analytical, and trouble shooting skills
  • Someone who can listen well and turn on a dime when needed 
  • This person will have had exposure to estimating, construction and material requirements

Are there educational requirements? 

  • Yes The ideal person will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, etc.
