Job Summary

Brockton Area Multi-Servi seeks a highly skilled Residential Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and provide direct care services to individuals in a supervised residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assume a leadership role in the ongoing operation of the program, including staff scheduling and supervision, and complete administrative documentation.
  2. Teach socialization skills and activities of daily living, including household maintenance, self-care, and hygiene, as well as menu planning, food shopping, and preparation.
  3. Coordinate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) to meet person-served behavioral and treatment objectives.
  4. Record necessary data, write daily progress notes, and complete all other ISP and program required documentation.
  5. Transport persons served to and from day programs, medical appointments, and other activities as required.
  6. Coordinate with the program manager to ensure the quality of care is maintained within the program.
  7. Ensure consumer safety and assist the program manager in monitoring consumers' medical, legal, and financial concerns.
  8. Supervise and document person-served self-administration of medication as prescribed by a physician and in accordance with agency and program procedures.
  9. Maintain knowledge of and coordinate with the program manager as to ongoing program issues and developments and action steps to be implemented.
  10. Assume the role of Human Rights Officer, Safety Officer, and/or Financial Officer as assigned by the program manager.
  11. Execute duties to reflect reasonable safety standards, utilizing universal/standard precautions and obtaining training in areas that constitute risk.
  12. Perform duties in a manner that adheres to agency policies and procedures.
  13. Perform other work-related duties as needed.
